The document (Reg. No. 2099) suggests, in particular, to define that information about natural person (personal data) is facts or totality of facts about natural person who is identified or can be identified.
It is planned also to establish that collecting, usage and spreading of confidential information about a person without his/her consent is unlawful. Confidential information is data on nationality, education, family, religion, health, address, date and place of birth.
The document suggests a new version of article 8 of the law.
